ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

"Friends pick us up when we fall down, and if they can't pick us up, they lay down and listen for a while."

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, is an activity involving dumping a bucket of ice water on someone's head to promote awareness of the disease amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and encourage donations to research. Thanks again Wiki! B-) What is Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis? ALS is also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease - is a progressive neuromuscular disease in which nerve cells die and leave voluntary muscles paralyzed. Finally got a chance to post this! Took me a month. :-SS But hey there is a bonus video! Ladies night with my loves. First we wanted to go for high tea, but instead we ended up doing the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. It's for a good cause. :) And we got a chance to see the new place of Amanda and Leeanza. Thanks for having us! :x Can't wait to see y'all this Saturday! :D

From left to right MelanieAmandaLeeanzaAlexis (she also just started her own YouTube channel called Project Amor. Please check it out) and myself.
