Hi everyone!!! Sorry I haven't posted in a while.  I'm busy walking on sunshine/getting dark. :P As you can see on these photos my leg muscles are more obvious now.  I have been running a lot lately and I'm really loving the results I'm seeing. It is a great way to begin any day as it jump starts your metabolism. I feel more confident wearing anything I want and I don't feel as jiggly. =))  Most of all my energy level are better than ever... :-"  So just a quick tip for all of you, no matter how busy you get, stay active and keep smiling! :)

Vancouver Pride 2014

This last weekend was the annual gay pride event which is known as Vancouver Pride Parade and Festival where we celebrate lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people and their allies. Thanks again Wiki! ;;) This event is run by Vancouver Pride Society (click to learn more about them). It was the perfect weekend for the Pride since Mr. Sunshine showed up. :) Friday night went to see my beautiful friends at the Pride Block Party - Davie Street. See more photos below. Everyone seemed to be in a happy mood which made it even better. <:-P This year was my first time to be part of this event and I'm looking forward to many more! :D Hope you all had an amazing weekend!
